Food Culture: Food is not only a necessity but a way to represent the community which we belong to. In India, there are 28 states and 8 union territories, each one shares its unique food tradition and heritage. For example, in Uttarakhand, Bhat ki Dal (a variety of lentils) and Badi (sun-dried lentil dumplings) are two of the most famous staples that represent their rural lifestyle and farming culture. Similarly, in the Bihar and UP region, cuisines like Litti Chokha and Baati are quite renowned and play an important role in their food culture. It shows that both food and culture are deeply connected. It means our relationship with food and the way it represents who we are and which region we belong to.
